END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

You and the Vilarson LTD are parties to this End User License Agreement, also known as the "EULA." You agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA) if you install, copy, or use the Extension in any way. Do not install, copy, or use the Extension if you do not agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA).

LICENSE GRANT

You are granted a license to use the Extension in accordance with the terms of this end-user license agreement (EULA), rather than purchasing it outright. As long as you comply with the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA), the Extension will grant you a limited license to use the Extension on a single computer or device. This license is non-exclusive, and it is not transferable.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension, unless such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law; use the Extension for any illegal purpose, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law; distribute, rent, lend, or sublicense the Extension; distribute the Extension

OWNERSHIP

Vilarson LTD is the owner of the Extension, and it is safeguarded against infringement by national copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other laws and treaties pertaining to intellectual property. You are granted a license to use the Extension rather than purchasing it outright, and the Chrome Extension Recycling Tree retains full ownership of the Extension along with all rights, titles, and interests in it, including all intellectual property rights.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

Vilarson LTD does not make any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Vilarson LTD does not warrant that the Extension will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Extension is provided "as is," and the Chrome Extension Recycling Tree makes no warranties, either express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Vilarson LTD be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Extension, even if the Chrome Extension Recycling Tree has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This provision applies even if the Vilarson LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TERMINATION

If at any point during the term of this EULA you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions, then this EULA will expire automatically. In such a case, you are required to delete it right away.
